European Union and United Kingdom
Customers located in the EU and UK may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
• unused
• in original condition
• with all tags and accessories included
Depending on your preference and product availability, we may offer:
• Store credit
• Exchange (size, color, or item)
• Refund to the original payment method
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

United States of America
For customers located in the United States, returns are accepted only if the item is:
• defective, or
• not matching the product description
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
After inspection, we may offer:
• a replacement product, or
• a refund

International Orders (Outside EU / UK / USA)
For customers located outside the EU, UK, and USA, returns are accepted only in the following situations:
• the product is defective
• the product does not match the description
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
If the issue is confirmed after inspection, we may offer:
• a refund, or
• a replacement item (subject to availability)

Please note the following conditions:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Prepaid return labels are not provided
• A tracking number is required for all returns
• Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Orders purchased using coupon codes or store credits are not eligible for refund or return
