1. Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union
We want you to be fully satisfied with the product you have chosen.
If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your order, you may do so under the following conditions.
Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned goods must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• unused
• in original condition
• with all tags and accessories intact
Orders purchased using coupon codes or store credits are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Customers in the United States of America
Urahara accepts returns from customers located in the United States only under the conditions permitted by U.S. commercial law.
Eligibility
A return request may be submitted within 30 days of delivery only if the product is:
• Defective
(manufacturing defect, flaw, or failure of merchantability)
or
• Non-Conforming
(not matching the description, specifications, or quality agreed upon at the time of sale)

Applicable Grounds for Return
Defective Goods
Defined under UCC §2-314 (Implied Warranty of Merchantability) as goods that:
• are not fit for their ordinary purpose
• do not match their description
• fail to pass without objection in the trade
Non-Conforming Goods
Under UCC §2-601, any failure of the goods to conform to the contract — including performance, description, or quality — qualifies as non-conformance.

3. Rest of the World
(Outside EU, UK, and USA)
Urahara operates internationally.
However, for customers located outside the European Union, United Kingdom, and the United States, returns and refunds are not offered, except under the limited circumstances recognized for U.S. customers.
Customers outside the EU / UK / USA are therefore eligible for a return only if:
• the product is defective, or
• the product is non-conforming
(not matching the description, specifications, or quality presented at the time of sale)
These are the same two grounds accepted under U.S. commercial law.
All other reasons — including:
• change of mind
• sizing issues
• color preference
• subjective dissatisfaction
are not covered.

• Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense
• Products will undergo inspection before approval
